Holder of a Pilates teaching diploma awarded by the Swiss Pilates Yoga school in 2018, I quickly started working at La Lignière Clinic in Switzerland. I had the opportunity to work in the medical sector where I was able to refine my knowledge and technique with patients as well as clients with diverse needs.
Passionate about movement, I accompany a wide range of profiles from athletes to pregnant women, with particular attention to the elderly or those with pathologies. I adapt to the physical as well as psychological needs of each individual. Now trained in Yoga by the University of Lille, I am convinced that body and mind are intimately linked, and it is essential to work on both in symbiosis.
